By purchasing products or using services from Merge Scientific Solutions LLC, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. The detailed terms regarding order processing, payment, shipping charges, returns, and limitation of liability are stated in the sections below.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated in a valid written quotation, the price in effect at the time an order is accepted will apply. Quoted prices are protected through the quotation expiration date shown on the quotation. All prices are Ex Works (EXW) Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina, or other stated point of origin.

Payment terms are Net 30 days for customers with approved and established credit. Customers without approved credit must pay by credit card at the time of order. Accepted credit cards include Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

International orders may require advance payment by wire transfer or an irrevocable letter of credit, at Merge Scientific Solutions LLC’s discretion. Credit terms are granted at Merge Scientific Solutions LLC’s discretion and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Invoices more than 30 days past due may be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipments will be scheduled in accordance with the quoted lead time or as soon as reasonably possible after receipt and acceptance of the order. Unless the customer provides specific shipping instructions, Merge Scientific Solutions LLC will select the carrier and method of transportation it considers most practical and cost-effective. Unless shipment is made freight collect using the customer’s freight account, freight charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Merge Scientific Solutions LLC reserves the right to make partial shipments when necessary due to availability, scheduling, or delays beyond its reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for inspecting all shipments promptly upon delivery. If any package or item appears missing, damaged, or incorrect, the customer should retain the packaging and item(s), note the issue on the delivery receipt, and notify Merge Scientific Solutions LLC within 48 hours of delivery. A signed delivery receipt without notation of visible loss, damage, or shortage may limit the customer’s ability to make a shipping-related claim. Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, freight, insurance, export fees, bank wire fees, brokerage charges, or additional handling charges unless specifically stated otherwise in writing. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Merge Scientific Solutions LLC will make reasonable efforts to ship prepaid orders as quickly as possible after receipt of payment. However, shipment may be delayed due to scheduling, production demands, material availability, or other business conditions. In most cases, prepaid orders will ship within 10 business days after payment is received, unless a different lead time is quoted or communicated in writing.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from Merge Scientific Solutions LLC before any goods are returned. Returns may be authorized only for unused items returned in the same condition in which they were shipped. When requesting an RMA, please provide the reason for return, date of purchase, customer purchase order number, and Merge Scientific invoice number.

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Merge Scientific Solutions LLC will determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether the returned item qualifies for return, credit, replacement, or other disposition. All authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid at the customer’s expense. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking charge of up to 25%. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom-manufactured items, products made to customer specifications, and special-order non-stock items are non-returnable.

For warranty repairs, calibration, or technical support, please complete the Service RMA form using the link below. After your request is reviewed, the service department will issue a service request number to reference with your return shipment.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all items sent to Merge Scientific Solutions LLC for service must be shipped freight prepaid at the customer’s expense.

After your form is submitted, a representative from Merge Scientific Solutions LLC will respond within one business day.

Merge Scientific Solutions LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services. Customer use of all products is at the customer’s own risk and responsibility.
